Matilda is the happiest dog in the world! She can make your bad day disappear with the swish of her tail! She's pure light hearted joy and entertainment. Per one of our volunteers-"She is a lot of fun and easy to have around. She lights up when my 9-year-old daughter comes home from school and is very excited to greet her".  Our volunteers, who have spent time with  Matilda, remarked  that her quirky and endearing  personality is so engaging,  they can't get anything done at home with her around! Matilda's shelter notes said she was born at home 3 years ago. Her owner relinquished her to the shelter because she was moving and couldn't take her with her. Matilda makes for a great TV partner, bed warmer and therapist. She really enjoys her creature comforts. She is housebroken, crates well, gets along really well with all sizes of dogs from German Shepherds to cranky Chihuahuas. We will be cat testing her soon. She is a quiet well behaved girl with a wonderful disposition and temperament. She likes everyone she meets. While on her walk the other day, someone asked if she was the dog in the movie "Back to the Future". With looks that could get her cast in any Hollywood movie, just think...you can make her your own starlet!
